Trafficworx is a unique roadworks management tool for planning, coordinating, making application, authorizing, implementing and monitoring roadworks; delivering efficiencies and economies to Roadworks Authorities, Utilities, Emergency Services and the General Public.

The Trafficworx service was developed for the States (Government) of Guernsey, where it is known as IRIS (Island Roads Information System). It has been successfully operating since February 2003.

Trafficworx Limited is a company that was established in early 2004 to market and deliver the Trafficworx service outside of Guernsey. It is a joint venture between Integrated Skills Limited (ISL) and Digimap Limited.

What is Trafficworx and how does it work?

Trafficworx in the media

See the IRIS live website. Trafficworx was used in a system for the States of Guernsey Traffic Committee in 2003 called the Island Road Information System (IRIS).

This website makes the road closure information for the island available to the general public. This site is linked from the official States of Guernsey website (www.gov.gg).
